08/2023: Announcement AF 1/2023 : Bank Guarantee request process

Dear all,

The Finance team is glad to let you know that the Bank Guarantee Request Form is now available. This form is intended to simplify processes and comply with the company's good internal control policies.

The process for requesting a letter of guarantee is as follows:

1. Requestor fills in the Bank Guarantee Request Form (Google Form) follow the link: https://forms.gle/7JPB9ktLmagTyE3SA

2. Get approval from the Chief of BD.

3. The Finance team receives information and processes the letter of guarantee with the bank.

4. When receiving the original Bank Guarantee from the Bank, the Finance team will notify the requestor to pick up the letter of guarantee and deliver to the customer.

REMARKS : For the e-BG, since the user and password is shared between BD Team and Finance Team, please do not change the password.  Please notify each other when there is a case of force to be changed by the system.
