Restructuring of the Executive Committee

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors' meeting No. 1/2024 held on February 23, 2024 has passed resolutions to approve the restructuring of the Executive Committee to help support the Board of Directors in managing and controlling the business of the Company and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the policies, plans, regulations, and other commands, as well as the established goals based on framework which was assigned by the Board of Directors. Including to build confidence among stakeholders and the corporate group for sustainable growth. In accordance with the guidelines and strategic plan for business expansion both domestic and international that has set goals, details of which are as follows:
