The Appointment of New Director to replace the resigned Director

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors’ Meeting of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited No. 3/2024, held on April 25, 2024 has resolved to approve the appointment of Associate Professor Dr. Chaiyuth Padungsaksawasdi as an Independent Director / the Chairman of the Audit Committee / a Member of the Risk Management Committee as a replacement of the previous committee member who resigned from the positions, and resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Chatrapee Tantixalerm as the Vice Chairman to fill the vacant position. The appointment is effective from April 25, 2024 onwards.
