The appointment of the Sustainability and Risk Management Working Team 

The Risk Management Committee Meeting No.1/2025 held on February 20, 2025 of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (“the Company”) realizes the importance of risk management in the management system and operations of the Company’s group to consider the risks to cover with the same direction of the company and the Company’s group. The scope of powers, duties and responsibilities of the Risk Management Working Team align with the Sustainability and Risk Management Charter (as approved by the Board of Directors Meeting No.1/2025 held on 21 February 2025). Therefore, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of the following persons to hold the position of the Sustainability and Risk Management Working Team.
