13/2022: The Appointment of a New Director in Replacement of the Resigned Director

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors No.5/2022 which was held on November 10, 2022 has approved the appointment of a new Director in replacement of the resigned Director. In this regard, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company inspected the director’s qualification on the Securities and Exchange Commission database, and did not find that a new Director has any characteristics indicating untrustworthiness as specified in the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Kor Chor. 3/2560. The Committee carefully screened, and considered the conditions of the purchase of Extend IT Resource Company Limited ordinary shares, therefore resolved to approve the nomination of a new Director to the Board of Directors.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the appointment of a new Director, which will be effective from November 10, 2022 onwards.
