05/2025 : Restructuring of the Executive Committee

Dear All,

At the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 3/2025 of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited, held on May 9, 2025, the Board resolved to approve the restructuring of the Executive Committee to better align its roles and responsibilities with the company’s continued growth. The Group has experienced an increase in the number of subsidiaries and associated companies, both domestically and internationally, thereby necessitating more efficient and effective management.

Accordingly, the Company has reviewed and revised the structure of the Executive Committee as follows:

                     Executive Committee – International                                                        Merged into a subcommittee under the Executive Committee

The Company has established the International Executive Subcommittee under the Executive Committee, specifically responsible for overseeing and monitoring international business operations.

This restructuring is effective from May 9, 2025, onward.
