The Board of Directors' meeting No. 1/2024 held on February 23, 2024 has passed resolutions to approve the restructuring of organization. This result in a change in executive position.

Previous position Senior Director of Marketing and Investor Relations

Appointed to Chief Strategy Officer

For the efficient administration and ongoing commercial operations of the company, 

Ms. Pimkarn Punyacharoensin will serve as Chief Strategy Officer.
