A: Currently, for customers who have MA contract(s) in Thailand only.
Q: Can customers call in anytime?
A: Customers can contact this channel during the working hour (09:00 - 18:00) which specifies in a MA contract.
Q: Do customers need to open a case before making a call?
A: Customer Success Team uses a case to communicate with customers and track SLA. Normally, when customers open a case, they attach an error message, provide information to reproduce issue(s) and we can use this information to investigate or prepare ourselves before customers call in.
