05/2022: Corporate Secretary-The appointment of Chief Business Development Officer – International as a member of the Executive Committee

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors No.1/2022 which was held on February 24, 2022 has approved the appointment of a new member of the Executive Committee. In this regard, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has considered, screened, nominated, and selected the person who has knowledge, capability, and experience that will benefit the Company’s business operation.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the appointment of Mr. Sean Player Wolfman, Chief Business Development Officer – International, as a member of the Executive Committee which will be effective from February 24, 2022 onwards.
