THE UPDATED POLICIES

Dear All,

The Company has revised the policy, namely Corporate Governance Policy, Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures and Whistleblower Policy, in order to comply with the principles of good corporate governance and appropriate for the business operations of the Company.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended policies which was approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 6/2024 held on November 7, 2024, and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
