06/2023: Corporate Secretary-The Appointment of a New Director in Replacement of Those Retiring by Rotation

According to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was held on April 27, 2023, has approved the nomination of Mr. Supachai Buristrakul as a Director in replacement of Mr. Vasin Srisukri who retiring by rotation. The list of the Company's Board of Directors are as follows:

This will be effective from April 27, 2023 onwards.
