The Appointment of
the Risk Management Working Team 

Dear All,

The Risk Management Committee Meeting No.1/2566 held on February 21, 2023 of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (“the Company”) realizes the importance of risk management in the management system and operations of the Company’s group to consider the risks to cover with the same direction of the company and the Company’s group. The scope of powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Risk Management Working Team aligns with the Risk Management Committee Charter. Therefore, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of the following persons to hold the position of the Risk Management Working Team.

Effective from 28 February 2023 until further notice.
