10/2021: Corporate Secretary-The updated policies and principles of corporate governance

Dear All,

We would like to inform you that the Company is required to make amendments to the existing policies and the principles of corporate governance to be in accordance with the Company’s conversion from a limited company to a public limited company.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended policies and the principles of corporate governance which was approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 1/2021 held on June 9, 2021, and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
