04/2026 : Dissolution of the International Executive Subcommittee

Dear All,

Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 4/2026 held on 7 August 2026, the Board of Directors approved the dissolution of the International Executive Subcommittee and the use of the Management Committee – International as a management-level mechanism for monitoring and managing the Company’s international business operations in its place.

This shall be effective from 7 August 2026 onwards.
