08/2022: Corporate Secretary-The Updated Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures

Dear All,

We would like to inform you that the Company is required to make amendments to the existing Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures to be in accordance with the Self-Evaluation Tool for Anti-Corruption System Development Version 4.0 of Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures which was approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 2/2022 held on May 12, 2022, and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
