03/2026 : Restructuring of the Executive Committee and The International Executive Subcommittee

Dear All,

At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited No. 1/2026, held on 20 February 2026, the Board resolved to approve the restructuring of the Executive Committee and the International Executive Subcommittee in order to ensure appropriateness and alignment with their roles, responsibilities, and the Company’s current business direction.

Accordingly, the Company hereby announces the details of the restructuring as follows:
