11/2022: Corporate Secretary-The Updated Corporate Governance Policy

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors No.4/2022 which was held on August 11, 2022 has approved the amendment of existing Corporate Governance Policy to be in accordance with the Company’s current condition.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended Corporate Governance Policy which shall be effective from August 11, 2022 , and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
