Establish of the Investment Working Team

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors' meeting No. 6/2023, held on December 12, 2023, approved the establishment of the Investment Working Team with an objective to help define the criteria and processes for investment and joint ventures of the group. Details of which are as follows:

The Investment Working Group

This will be effective from December 12, 2023 onwards.
