Dear all,

The BE360 team has made improvements to the BE-360 system for Cost Sheet Enhancement and has successfully deployed to production. The details are as follows.

BACKGROUND:

This enhancement improves data collecting in the system to allow for more efficient reporting and analysis in sales, project management, and accounting, including functionality in adding resources by month which is one of the BE360 system enhancements to fit certain requirements. Some of the most recent updates on this can be seen here.

1. Opportunity - Add/Revise Resource page

1.1 Update resource page to support for adding resources by month as a cost sheet record

1.2 Add a new field to display the total cost sheet in real-time to check the accuracy of the resources data.

1.3 Add a new field for filling information "Reasons to revise resource" which will be required when Opportunity Stage = "Contract Signed"

2. Opportunity - Validate the quality of cost sheet data

2.1 The system assists you in validating the quality of your cost sheet data in the following ways:

• In LOI/PO opportunity, the system will verify that the total cost sheet must less than or equal to the number of man-days assigned to the resource.

• In Contract Signed opportunity, the system will verify that the total cost sheet must equal to the number of man-days assigned to the resource.

3. Opportunity - Notification to revise resource

3.1 Project manager will receive the notification email to revise resource when their resources in opportunity with LOI/PO stage has been revised and approved.

3.2 Project manager will receive the notification email to revise resource when it met the threshold to revise (%Actual Manday comparing to %Completion by accounting)

4. Cost Summary Report

4.1 Add a report for monthly cost sheets and timesheet comparison.
