08/2021: HR - Revised Organization Chart

Dear BE8 Family,

To ensure the overall efficiency of BE8's frontline and backend operations, we are pleased to announce a revised organization structure in 2021 that is aligned with the company strategy in order to secure our long term growth and to be the "Customer Centric Organization".

The key changes of new organization chart are as follows;

1. New position "Senior Business Consultant Officer - International" responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders through end to end process and support the successful set up of new entities for international business. This position is under supervision of Chief Business Development Officer - International

2. New department "Investor Relations" responsible for managing communication between a company's corporate management and investors. This department is under supervision of Chief Executive Officer.

This announcement is effective from 1 April 2021
