01/2018 : Corporate Service - Direction of Purchasing Request (PR) and Purchasing Order (PO) in BE-Accounting System

เพื่อให้การปฎิบัติงาน ของเจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ/จัดจ้าง สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของทางบัญชี จึงขอกำหนดรายการสินค้า และบริการ ที่ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ/จัดจ้าง จะดำเนินการสร้างใบขอซื้อ (PR) และ ใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) ในระบบ BE-Accounting สำหรับรายการที่มีมูลค่ามากกว่า 4,000 บาท ตามประกาศแนบนี้

To provide a clear working process for Purchasing team and align with Accounting’s regulations, the company would like to define product and service lists which are valued more than 4,000 THB as shown in the attachment and Purchasing team will proceed PR and PO accordingly.
