เนื่องด้วยบริษัทได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของสุขภาพที่ดีของพนักงาน และมีนโยบายช่วยเหลือดูแลค่ารักษาพยาบาลของพนักงานมาโดยตลอดนั้น ทางบริษัทมีความประสงค์ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในการใช้สวัสดิการแก่พนักงานทุกท่าน จึงใคร่ขอชี้แจงหลักเกณฑ์ดังต่อไปนี้

1. การปรับปรุงการเบิกค่ารักษาทางทันตกรรมตามที่จ่ายจริงจาก ครั้งละ 1,000 บาท ปีละ 3 ครั้ง เป็น สามารถเบิกได้ตามจริงไม่จำกัดจำนวนเงินในแต่ละครั้ง แต่ไม่เกินปีละ 3,000 บาท

2. การปรับปรุงแนวทางในการเบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาลให้ชัดเจน

พนักงานสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดและข้อมูลอื่นๆได้ตามประกาศที่แนบมาด้วย หากมีข้อสงสัย สามารถสอบถามได้ที่ผ่าย Corporate Services

Dear All BE8 family,

The company emphasizes the importance for employees’ wellness, medical flexible benefit, and health insurance policy. The company intends to utilize our medical benefit and wish that this company welfare could be the most beneficial to our employees; therefore, some adjustments will be occurred as stated below;

1. Dental reimbursement will be changed from limitation of 1,000 THB/ time and 3 times/year to actual reimbursement, but not exceeding 3,000 THB/ year.

2. Adjustments in medical reimbursement guidelines
