Dear all BE8 Family

Today (Jan.31,2018) we are announcing important steps that are expected to drive our long term growth.

A new structure will allow the organization to unlock and scale innovation while unifying processes and opportunities critical to our future. We are confident that our new structure will enable us to benefit from many new, extraordinary opportunities ahead.

More importantly, there is also a relationship between organizational structure and culture. They differ by geography, function and division but we are all one family, Beryl8 Family. This changes will be a chance to refresh our thinking on core competencies and ensure account abilities are clear. All of our work will have to continue to be supported by efforts to build trust, by probing, sensing and responding and by being adaptive and flexible.

Finally, we want to acknowledge everyone that your above and beyond efforts have positioned us well for the long term growth. This is a family with an abundance of talent and you are integral to our collective success.
