15/2018 : Corporate Service - Election Commission for Employees' Welfare Committee

บริษัท เบริล 8 พลัส เล็งเห็นว่าพนักงานทุกท่านคือคนในครอบครัว เเละเสียงของทุกท่าน มีส่วนในทุกการเจิญเติบโตของบริษัทฯ เป็นอย่างมาก

แต่งตั้ง คณะกรรมการจัดการเลือกตั้ง เพื่อดำเนินการจัดการเลือกตั้งให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง ซื่อสัตย์ โปร่งใส เป็นที่น่าเชื่อถือ และยอมรับทั้งจากเพื่อนพนักงาน และ บุคคลภายนอก

โดยกระบวนการจัดการเลือกตั้ง มีกำหนดการ ดังนี้

1. ประกาศคณะกรรมการจัดการเลือกตั้ง วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2561

2. รับสมัครผู้สนใจเป็นคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการลูกจ้าง (ต้องการ 5 คนเป็นอย่างน้อย) วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม - 8 มิถุนายน 2561

3. ประกาศรายชื่อผู้สมัคร พร้อมให้ผู้สมัครแสดง วิสัยทัศน์ วันที่ 11 - 15 มิถุนายน 2561

4. สมาชิกครอบครัว BE8 ร่วมลงคะแนนเลือกตั้ง วันเสาร์ที่ 16 มิถุนายน 2561 (Sport Day)

5. ดำเนินการส่งผลการเลือกตั้ง และรายชื่อคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการลูกจ้าง แก่กรมแรงงาน ภายในวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2561

Beryl 8 Plus Company Limited believes that all employees are our family and every voice is an important part of our growth. The company is proceeding to establish the Welfare Committee which must be obtained by all employees' agreement and support.

Thus, we would like to appoint election commission to execute welfare committee selection process with correctness, honesty, transparency, and credibility, as well as, to gain acceptance from internal and external parties.

The selection process agenda

1. Election commission announcement 31 May 2018

2. Welfare committee candidates enrollment (minimum 5 candidates) 31 May 2018 - 8 June 2018

3. Candidates list announcement and statements of vision 11 - 15 June 2018

4. Election day 16 June 2018 (Sport day)

5. Report election result and welfare committee to Labor department within 20 June 2018
