ตามที่ทางบริษัทมีแผนย้ายที่ตั้งสำนักงานไปที่ The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX ในช่วงต้นปี 2019 นั้น เพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถวางแผนการเดินทางได้ รวมถึงท่านที่มีความประสงค์จะขับรถยนต์ส่วนตัวมาทำงานเป็นประจำ ทางคณะทำงานฯ จึงได้สำรวจที่จอดรถในบริเวณใกล้เคียงกับที่ตั้งบริษัทใหม่ เพื่อแจ้งให้ทุกท่านทราบและประกอบการตัดสินใจ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

A. The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

• ที่จอดรถรายเดือนจำนวน 8 ที่ *(รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมด้านล่าง)

• ข้อมูลทั่วไป

  • ในกรณี stamp บัตร ฟรี 2 ชั่วโมงแรก ชั่วโมงต่อไป 20 บาท (อัตราคงที่)

  • ในกรณีไม่ stamp บัตร ชั่วโมงละ 50 บาท (อัตราคงที่)

  • เมื่อซื้อสินค้าที่ตึกครบ 300 บาท สามารถ stamp เพื่อจอดฟรีได้ 3 ชั่วโมง*โดยไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับการ stamp เพื่อจอดฟรี 2 ชั่วโมงแรกได้

• จอดได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 05:00 น. – 24:00 น.

• ห้ามทิ้งรถไว้ข้ามวัน (ถ้าเลยเที่ยงคืน ปรับ 2,000 บาท ไม่รวมค่าจอดรถ)

• กรณีรถจักรยานยนต์ สามารถจอดได้ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย (ณ ปัจจุบัน)

• บัตรหายปรับ 300 บาท โดยกรณีทำบัตรสูญหาย

  • ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องเป็นผู้ชำระค่าปรับจำนวน 300 บาท กับทางบริษัท

  • ในกรณีขอทำบัตรใบใหม่ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องติดต่อทางบริษัทเพื่อเป็นผู้ดำเนินการในการทำเรื่องขอบัตรใหม่

B. Central Rama 9

• • ระยะห่างจาก The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX ประมาณ 400 เมตร

  • ข้อมูลทั่วไป

    • จอดฟรี 3 ชั่วโมง

    • ถ้าซื้อของครบ 500 บาท ได้ stamp จอดฟรีเพิ่ม 3 ชั่วโมง หรือเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ขึ้นอยู่กับทางห้างประกาศ

    • ชั่วโมงถัดไป ชั่วโมงละ 20 บาท

  • จอดได้ตั้งแต่ 05:00 – 01:00 น.

  • ห้ามทิ้งรถไว้เกินเวลาที่

  • บัตรหายปรับ 300 บาท

C. MRT ศูนย์วัฒนธรรม

• ระยะห่างจาก The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX ประมาณ 1,000 เมตร

• ข้อมูลทั่วไป

  • กรณี stamp บัตร 15 บาท / 2 ชั่วโมง (จะ stamp ได้เมื่อใช้บริการ MRT และ stamp ที่สถานีปลายทางเท่านั้น)

  • กรณีไม่ stamp บัตร 50 บาท / ชั่วโมง

• จอดได้ตั้งแต่ 05:00 – 01:00 น.

• ห้ามจอดรถไว้เกินเวลาที่กำหนด มิฉะนั้นจะมีค่าปรับในอัตราต่อวัน กรณีใช้บริการ MRT จำนวน 300 บาท หรือกรณีไม่ใช้บริการ MRT จำนวน 1,000 บาท

• บัตรหาย ปรับ 300 บาท

D. Airport Rail Link มักกะสัน

• ระยะห่างจาก The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX ประมาณ 1,800 เมตร

• จอดฟรี

• จอดได้ตั้งแต่ 05:30 – 24:00 น.

รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมสำหรับที่จอดรถรายเดือน จำนวน 8 คัน ที่ The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX มีที่จอดรถให้เช่ารายเดือนจำนวนทั้งหมด 8 ที่ โดยบริษัทจะจัดแบ่งสิทธิ์การเช่าจอดรถดังกล่าวให้แก่พนักงานโดยวิธีการจับฉลาก ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้

ผู้ประสงค์ใช้ที่จอดรถต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ผ่าน email มายัง be8_corp@beryl8.com ภายในวันที่ 15 มกราคม 2019

1. บริษัทจะทำการจับฉลากในวันที่ 16 มกราคม 2019 เวลา 10.00 น. ผู้มีความประสงค์จะต้องเข้ามาด้วยตนเองหรือส่งตัวแทนมาร่วมจับฉลาก ต้องแจ้งชื่อตัวแทน มาล่วงหน้า ที่ be8_corp@beryl8 และบริษัทจะแจ้งผลให้ทราบ ภายในวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2019

2. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับพนักงานที่ผ่าน Probation แล้วเท่านั้น

3. โดยผู้ที่จะได้รับสิทธิ์จอดรถคือผู้ที่จับได้ลำดับที่ 1-8 และผู้ที่จับได้ลำดับที่ 9 เป็นต้นไปจะอยู่ใน Waiting list ตามลำดับ

กฏในการรับสิทธิ์ที่จอดรถที่ The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

1. ผู้ที่รับสิทธิ์จะชำระค่าที่จอดรถผ่านระบบ BE-Payroll ในแต่ละเดือนโดยอัตโนมัติ

2. ในกรณีที่ผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์หมายเลข 1 - 8 ยกเลิก, ลาออก, หรือมีเหตุจำเป็นให้ไม่ประสงค์จ่ายค่าที่จอดรถรายเดือนอีกต่อไป ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์คนถัดไปใน Waiting list โดยเรียงจากหมายเลข 9 เป็นต้นไปจะได้รับสิทธิ์ ตามจำนวนสิทธิ์ที่ว่าง

3. ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ไปแล้ว และทำการยกเลิกภายในปีนั้น หากมีความประสงค์จะขอกลับมาใช้สิทธิ์ใหม่อีกครั้ง ทางบริษัทจะทำการเพิ่มรายชื่อของผู้มีความประสงค์ไว้ใน Waiting list เป็นคิวต่อไปตามลำดับ

4. สิทธิ์ในการจอดรถจะทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและจับฉลากใหม่ในทุกๆปี ซึ่งจะทำการจับฉลากใหม่ในเดือนธันวาคม และมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคมของปีถัดไป

5. สิทธิ์ที่จอดรถไม่สามารถทำการโอนสิทธิ์แลกเป็นสวัสดิการหรือเงินสดได้

6. อัตราค่าจอดรถรายเดือน อยู่ที่ประมาณ 1,800 - 2,000 บาทต่อเดือน (ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับอัตราที่ทางฝ่ายอาคาร ของตึก The 9th Towers กำหนด)

เงื่อนไขการได้รับสิทธิ์ Waiting List ที่จอดรถที่ The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

1. สิทธิ์ Waiting List ที่จอดรถ คือสิทธิ์การรอรับสิทธิ์ที่จอดรถ ซึ่งจะได้รับสิทธิ์จากการจับฉลากตามรายละเอียดข้างต้น

2. สิทธิ์ Waiting List ที่จอดรถไม่สามารถทำการโอนสิทธิ์ แลกเป็นสวัสดิการหรือเงินสดได้

Dear All,

Refer to the previous announcement that we’re moving to the new office at the 9th towers Grand Rama IX in the first quarter of 2019. We would like to provide car park information for those who drive a car to the new office in order to plan and decision as follows:

A. The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

• Monthly Parking lot : 8 slots *(Please see more information as below)

• General Parking lot

  • For those who get a stamp, you will get 2 hours FREE and the following hour is 20 baht per hour (fixed rate)

  • For those who does not get a stamp, you will need to pay 50 baht per hour (fixed rate)

  • Free 3 parking hours when purchases more than 300 baht.

  • * Cannot combine with free 2 hours from stamp

• Parking service will be available from 05:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m.

• Overnight parking is not allowed (If you park over midnight, you will be charged 2,000 baht fees excluding parking)

• For whose who ride a motorcycle, there is no parking fees

• Loss of parking card, 300 baht fees will be charged.

  • Authorized person will need to pay 300 baht fees for the company

  • For the new parking card request, authorized person will need to contact the company

B. Central Rama 9

• 400 m away from The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

• General Parking information

  • Free parking for 3 hours (For 500 baht purchase, You will get additional 3 hours parking stamp). For more information please contact Central Rama 9

  • The following hours will be charged 20 baht per hour.

• Parking service will be available from 05:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. (Additional hours parking is not allowed)

• Loss of parking card, 300 baht fees will be charged.

C. MRT - Thailand Cultural Center Station

• 1,000 m away from The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

• General Parking information (No monthly parking)

  • To receive parking rate 15 baht per 2 hours, you must use MRT service and get parking ticket stamp at the destination station (Without the parking stamp, the parking rate will be 50 baht per hour)

• Parking service will be available from 05:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m.

• For Additional hours parking, 300 baht fees will be charged for MRT users and 1000 baht for whose who does not use MRT

• Loss of parking card, 300 baht fees will be charged.

D. Airport Rail Link - Makkasan

• 1,800m away from The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX

• Free Parking

• Parking Time: 05:30 a.m. – 00:00 a.m.

The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX’s Parking lot information

We are going to use a lucky draw method to find 8 lucky people with these conditions below:

1. For those who would like to take a parking spot, please contact be8_corp@beryl8.com within 15 January 2019

2. Company will use lucky draw to find 8 lucky people on 16 January 10.00 a.m. which person who would like to take a parking spot has to participate the lucky draw process at the office or send representative via email to be8_corp@beryl8.com. And Company will inform lucky draw result to employees within 21 January 2019

3. Only for employees who already passed probation period

4. Drawing Lot will be represented by the number starting from 1,2,3,.. The person who received number 9 and so on will be kept in waiting list.

The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX’s Parking Rule

1. For authorized person, parking fees will be automatically deducted from your monthly salary via BE-Payroll

2. In case authorized number 1 - 8 would like to cancel or resign from authorized parking lot, the following authorized person (From number 9) will be substitute and get the benefit of the parking instead.

3. In case that authorized person, who already received parking benefit in that year, needs to request for the parking benefit again. The requested person will be queued in the waiting list.

4. Parking benefit will be reset annually in December. In addition, parking benefit lucky draw for next year will be held in the same month and will be valid from January next year

5. Parking benefit cannot be transfer, exchange to company welfare or cash

6. Monthly parking fee at approximately 1,800 - 2,000 baht per month (depending on the rate at the building of the 9th Towers)

The 9th Towers Grand Rama IX parking waiting list conditions

1. Parking benefit waiting list is the right to queue and wait for the parking benefit, which will be given by lucky draw from the conditions above

2. Parking benefit waiting list cannot be transfer, exchange to company welfare or cash
