Announcement 15/2019 : BE360 : Edit approved timesheet with Timesheet Request Form

Dear all Beryl8 Family

The accuracy and completeness of Timesheet is the key success factor to secure accurate financial report and on-time report issuance. Therefore, we would like to ask for your cooperation to submit your timesheet on time and double check before submission and approval.

Please be informed that you may request to edit your approved timesheet* by following the below instruction:

ความถูกต้องและสมบูรณ์ของ Timesheet เป็นหัวใจหลักในการปิดบัญชีและออกรายงานทางการเงินให้ทันตามรอบที่กำหนด ดังนั้นทางทีม BE-360 จึงขอความร่วมมือกับพี่ๆน้องๆทุกคน ให้ทำการบันทึกรายการและตรวจสอบข้อมูลใน Timesheet ให้ถูกต้องก่อนการอนุมัติ

และหากมีกรณีที่ต้องการขอแก้ไข Timesheet ที่ได้ทำการอนุมัติไปแล้ว*ให้ทำตามลำดับขั้นตอนดังนี้

*สามารถขอทำการแก้ไขได้ภายในวันที่ 1 เดือนถัดไป
