เนื่องด้วยในวันอังคารที่ 30 กรกฏาคม 2562 ที่จะถึงนี้ ระบบ BE-360 และ BE-Accounting จะมีการ upgrade features สำหรับผู้ใช้ระบบดังต่อไปนี้
1. Customer Database Enhancement
- เพิ่ม field ในส่วน Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Milestone เพื่อการเก็บข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
- ปรับการมองเห็นของ Field ให้มองเห็นได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์
- Data Cleansing เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ในระบบ ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน รวมทั้งช่วยให้ผู้ใช้ระบบสามารถนำไปใช้ได้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
- เพิ่มการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลของ field ที่สำคัญระหว่าง BE-360 และ BE-Accounting
2. Leave Request
- เพิ่มการตรวจสอบและแจ้งเตือนเมื่อ จำนวนวัน (Duration) ที่ระบุ ไม่ตรงกับช่วงเวลาเริ่ม (Start Date) และสิ้นสุด (End Date) โดยตรวจสอบร่วมกับ Public Holiday ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวด้วย
3. Timesheet (สำหรับ Feature นี้จะใช้งานได้ตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2562 เป็นต้นไป)
- เพิ่ม feature ในการแสดงผล Public Holiday อัตโนมัติ ในสัปดาห์นั้นๆ
- ปรับการลงข้อมูลในแต่ละสัปดาห์ให้มีเพียงวันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์เท่านั้น
- เพิ่มการตรวจสอบและป้องกันไม่ให้ผู้ใช้งานลงเวลาในแต่ละวันเกิน 8 ชั่วโมง

Dear All BE8 Family,
There are enhancement features in BE-360 and BE-Accounting which will be upgraded on 30th July 2019. The detail of each feature are as follows:
1. Customer Database Enhancement
- Add fields in Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, and Milestone to maintain data more effectively
- Set Accessibility of fields with sensitive/confidential information to authorized users
- Data Cleansing to ensure that data is accurate and complete as well as helping users for analyse and make the most use of the information
- Integrate fields between BE-360 and BE-Accounting
2. Leave Request
- Add validation and notification when submit Leave Request by checking Start Date, End Date and Duration included Public Holiday as well
3. Timesheet (This feature will be ready for using since 5 Aug 2019 onwards)
- Add feature to automatically display Public Holiday in Page
- Remove Saturday and Sunday from Page
- Add Validation to prevent user from logging Timesheet more than 8 hours per day
