Dear All,

Beryl 8 Plus Company Limited (“Company”) has been determined to operate the business with integrity, honesty, transparency under good corporate governance principles, ethical standards,

and serve all stakeholders equally. The Company has declared its intention to become an associate member of the Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) since November 2018.

The Company hereby prescribes anti-corruption policies and measures, which are to be considered as guidelines, and enforces norms of collaboration.
