22/2019: HR - Certification Bonding Policy

Dear BE8 family,

As part of Learning and Development policy, we would like to announce the certification bonding policy as follows

This policy is applied when Employee OR Project Manager is requested to apply for Salesforce Certification or other related Certification. In additional, if employee fail for the exam, he/she can retake the exam (limited to retake only 1 time/certificate) and requested to sign another bonding letter.
