24/2019 : Corporate Secretary - The promulgation of Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures

ตามที่ บริษัท เบริล 8 พลัส จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ได้มีการประกาศใช้นโยบายและมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่น รวมถึงกฎบัตรและนโยบายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องไปเมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2562 แล้วนั้น

บัดนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้จัดทำขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่น และขอประกาศใช้แนวปฏิบัตินี้เพิ่มเติม เพื่อให้ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานบริษัทฯ

ยึดถือเป็นบรรทัดฐานในการปฏิบัติงาน และให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงานของบริษัทฯ

โดยบริษัทฯ ขอให้ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานทุกท่านศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจในนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่นในเอกสารแนบ และยึดถือปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด

Dear All,

As Beryl 8 Plus Co., Ltd., (“the Company”) has announced the execution of Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures, including relevant charters and other policies on August 14, 2019,

the Company now provides and hereby additionally enforces the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures in order for all executives and employees to comply.

In addition, these policies and procedures shall be deemed as part of the Company Rules and Regulations.

Herewith, the Company has attached the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures and hereby requests all executives and employees to study on and strictly comply with the contained hereof.
