ตามที่ บริษัท เบริล 8 พลัส จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ได้มีการประกาศใช้ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่น ไปเมื่อวันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2562 แล้วนั้น

บริษัทฯ มีความประสงค์ขอแก้ไขปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่น ดังข้อมูลที่ได้แนบมา

และขอประกาศใช้ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่นฉบับนี้ แทนฉบับเดิม

บริษัทฯ ขอให้ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานทุกท่านศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจในนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับมาตรการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่นในเอกสารแนบ และยึดถือปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด

Dear All,

As Beryl 8 Plus Co., Ltd., (the "Company”) has announced the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures on October 22, 2019.

The Company wishes to revise the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures as attached information file and now enforces the revised version instead of the original one.

In addition, these policies and procedures shall be deemed as part of the Company Rules and Regulations.

Herewith, the Company has attached the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures and hereby requests all executives and employees to study on and strictly comply with the contained hereof.
