ตามที่ บริษัท เบริล 8 พลัส จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ได้มีการประกาศใช้ ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่น ฉบับปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติม เมื่อวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2562 แล้วนั้น

บัดนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้จัดทำ ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่น ฉบับแปล และขอประกาศใช้แนวปฏิบัตินี้ เพื่อให้ผู้บริหาร พนักงานบริษัทฯ รวมถึงบริษัทย่อย บริษัทร่วม หรือบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลอื่น ๆ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในนามบริษัท หรือบุคคลที่ได้รับการว่าจ้างในลักษณะสัญญาชั่วคราว ยึดถือเป็นบรรทัดฐานในการปฏิบัติงาน และให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงานของบริษัทฯ

โดยบริษัทฯ ขอให้ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานทุกท่านศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน เรื่องนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการต่อต้านการทุจริตและคอร์รัปชั่นในเอกสารแนบ และยึดถือปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด

Dear All,

As Beryl 8 Plus Co., Ltd., (“the Company”) has announced the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and Other Related Policies (Revised Version) on November 1, 2019.

The Company now provides and hereby enforces the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies (Translated Version) in order for all executives, and employees, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, or other legal entities who have performed work on its behalf, or any contractual staff to comply. These policies and procedures shall be deemed as part of the Company Rules and Regulations.

Herewith, the Company has attached the Procedures for Anti-Corruption Policies and hereby requests all executives and employees to study on and strictly comply with the contained hereof.
