Dear Beryl8 Family,
Regarding our company’s goal of being a customer-centric company, it is to understand and provide our best service to the customers. We have started working on our Customer Success Multi-Channel project to launch the new live chat services channel to our customers as an alternative way to get in touch with the company.
As a CS Multi-Channel working team, I am pleased to announce that the BE8 Live Support is now ready for our customer on the Beryl8 official website starting from 1 June 2020 onwards.
You may find the detail of Live Agent Support as follows:
Go to Beryl8 official website www.beryl8.com and click on the bottom-right of the page.
2. Fill-in the mandatory information and then start the chat with the agent.
Remark: In case that CS team is not available or out of the working hours, the BE8 Live Support tab will still allow the customer to leave their issue as a case.
