20/2020 : Account and Finance - Change cut-off date for employee reimbursement expenses

เนื่องด้วยฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินมีการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อตอบสนองต่อนโยบายการบัญชี และ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปิดรอบบัญชี

จึงขอแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการส่งเอกสารประกอบ และคำขอเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายเอกสาร โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2020 เป็นต้นไป ให้เป็นดังนี้

จาก ภายในสิ้นเดือน ของทุกเดือน และจ่ายเงินวันที่ 15 ของเดือนถัดไป

เป็น ภายในวันที่ 27 ของแต่ละเดือนและจ่ายเงินวันที่ 15 ของเดือนถัดไป

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบ

หมายเหตุ การเบิกเงินล่วงหน้ายังคงเป็นกำหนดการเดิม

Dear BE8 family,

Due to internal process improvement in Finance and Accounting Function and to improve efficiency on accounting policy and month-end closing period,

we would like to announce the cut-off date to submit the reimbursement period effective from 1 Jul 2020 onwards as below:

From Within every end of month, payment date on 15th of the following month

To Within every 27th of the month, payment date on 15th of the following month

Please be informed accordingly

Remarks: Advance payment cycle remains unchanged
